Má niekto skúsenosti s takouto operáciou? Kúpite si takýto set s new make a súdkom, prelejete whisky do súdka a čakáte niekoľko týždňov. Ajkeď je percento vyparovania (angel´s share) vysoké (záleží od podmienok, v akých alkohol skladujete), nemalo by sa stať, že sa vyparí celý obsah. A tu bude asi nejaký zádrhel, pretože reakcie sú práve také, že po otvorení súdka v ňom nebolo nič :D
